What is "momme" weight?

Momme (mm) is the traditional unit used to measure the density and quality of silk fabric — the higher the momme, the thicker and more durable the silk. Our pieces range from 19–40 momme depending on the style, and each product page lists the exact momme weight.

Is your silk real mulberry silk?

Yes. Our mulberry silk is sourced from Hangzhou, China — historically known as China's "Silk Capital." We also offer pieces made from Xiangyunsha (cloud silk), a rare heritage fabric traditionally produced in Foshan, Guangdong, China. Every piece is handmade in San Francisco.

How do I care for my silk scrunchie, headband, or sleep mask?

Hand wash in cold water with a mild detergent suitable for silk. Do not wring or twist. Lay flat or hang to air dry. See our full Care Instructions page for details.

How long does it take to receive my order?

All items are made to order, by hand, in San Francisco. Please allow 1–3 business days before your order ships. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — orders $35 and above ship free. Orders under $35 ship at a flat rate paid by the buyer at checkout.

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, and return shipping is on us. Final Sale items (noted on their product page) are not eligible for return. See our full Return Policy for details.

What sizes do your scrunchies come in?

Sizes vary by style — most scrunchies list their available sizes (from Mini to Jumbo/Oversized) directly on the product page, along with fit notes to help you choose.
